“I came to Sally with irritable bowel syndrome, with the symptoms of excessive bloating, constipation and nausea. I also felt constantly tired and drained of energy. I was on medication from my Doctor for my IBS which just did not seem to resolve the problem. “After many years of suffering with old football injuries and just deciding that having dodgy knees and shoulders was ‘My tough luck’ and never getting anywhere with physiotherapy, I waited for Sally to qualify in Bowens so i could try it…….. Wow!! What a result. After one Bowen session my old snapped medial knee ligament injury felt like a new knee. I was completely pain free. I’d had 3 months of ‘physio’ prior to that and it did nothing. I am always aggravating my knee and shoulder problems through work and still continuing to play football, so I’m always knocking them back out of balance again, so i make it a priority every 6 weeks to go and see Sally and have a Bowen treatment to make me as good as new again.
